Recognising our Volunteers
There are more than 5,500 VICSES volunteers state wide, all of whom provide their services free of charge, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. VICSES volunteers contribute many hours of their time in different ways.
Volunteers are utilized in all service areas, stemming from a wide variety of ages, professions and backgrounds, their common link is their desire to work as part of a team that gives back to the community they live in.
A volunteer is a respected figure in the community, with opportunities for them to hold leadership positions, earn accreditations to use beyond VICSES and form strong friendships.
With all the contributions that VICSES volunteers have made to the service it is imperative that we recognise their dedication and hard work.
